  • a short-let management agreement;

  • an insurance contract or policy;

  • a contractor’s agreement;

  • an owners’ resolution;

  • registered condominium rules;

  • any mandatory legal or regulatory obligation;

  • separate terms applying to the client portal.

Where website wording differs from a valid signed agreement, formal appointment, insurance document or applicable law, the signed document and applicable law prevail.

3. NO APPOINTMENT OR CONTRACT THROUGH THE WEBSITE

Viewing the website, completing a contact form, sending an enquiry or requesting a quotation does not by itself:

  • appoint MG Administrators LTD;

  • create an administrator-client relationship;

  • create a property management agreement;

  • create a short-let operator relationship;

  • bind MG Administrators LTD to accept work;

  • authorise expenditure or action;

  • create insurance cover;

  • guarantee availability or a quotation.

A service relationship arises only after the required authority, due diligence, written acceptance and contractual arrangements have been completed.

9. CONTRACTORS AND THIRD PARTIES

MG Administrators LTD may coordinate independent contractors, suppliers and professionals.

A reference to coordination does not mean that MG Administrators LTD:

  • employs the contractor’s personnel;

  • guarantees attendance;

  • guarantees workmanship;

  • guarantees parts or materials;

  • guarantees completion dates;

  • accepts the contractor’s professional responsibility.

Each independent contractor or professional remains responsible for its own work, personnel, licences, safety duties and contractual obligations.

10. INSURANCE INFORMATION

  • booking-platform rules.
